Burn (status)
From Wikidex
Burnt pokémon lose 1/8th of their max HP per turn, and their Attack stat is halved.
Pokémon with the Water Veil ability cannot be burned; Fire-types cannot be burnt by Fire moves, but can be burnt by Tri Attack.
fire-types probably can't be burnt by Scald either :/
